We teach both approaches because the tear trough has layers — and each one needs a different tool. Cannula restores deep volume safely beneath the orbicularis. Microblebs finish the result superficially with HA enriched in amino acids and vitamins to remodel skin quality over the following weeks.

Microblebs are the icing on the cake. Tiny, evenly-spaced superficial deposits of hyaluronic acid combined with amino acids and vitamins — bio-remodelling the periorbital skin from within. The result is a brighter, smoother under-eye with better light reflection, not just more volume.
