Retractions
Aesthetic Intelligence applies the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Retraction Guidelines. An article is retracted when its findings are determined to be substantially unreliable due to honest error, research misconduct (fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, image manipulation), undisclosed duplicate publication, or unethical research conduct.
Retracted articles are not removed from the journal. The original article remains accessible at its DOI with a clear retraction notice displayed on every page and on the PDF, and a separately citable retraction notice is published and linked bidirectionally.
Expressions of concern
If concerns are raised about an article but the editors require more time to investigate, an Expression of Concern may be published as an interim, separately citable notice while inquiries continue.
Reporting concerns
To report concerns about a published article, write in confidence to the editorial office at journal@harleystreetinstitute.com. All credible concerns are investigated under COPE flowcharts.
