Stockist questions
Who can apply to become an authorised stockist?+
Harley Street Formulations is sold exclusively to registered healthcare professionals — doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists and clinic owners with appropriately qualified treating staff. We will request your registration number and clinic details as part of the application.
What is the minimum opening order?+
£500 (ex VAT) for new stockists. After your opening order there is no minimum reorder value and no quarterly commitment — order what your clinic needs, when it needs it.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within two working days. Once approved you receive your wholesale price list, account login and onboarding pack.
Do you protect retail pricing?+
Yes. All authorised stockists agree to a recommended retail price structure. We do not list on Amazon, eBay or supermarket channels, and we do not authorise discount resellers — your clinic margin stays your margin.
Are Harley Street Institute graduates eligible?+
Yes — and warmly encouraged. HSI graduates and clinics with HSI-trained injectors are treated as priority accounts and receive a dedicated onboarding conversation.
