Bespoke Clinic Training, delivered to your team — locally or internationally.
When a clinic chain in Dubai, a hospital group in Qatar, a medi-spa in Paris or a flagship practice in Nairobi needs every practitioner trained to one consistent standard, off-the-shelf courses don’t fit. Our faculty designs a programme around your team, your treatment menu and your local market — then delivers it on-site, or hosts your cohort at Harley Street, London.
Why standardised courses fail multi-practitioner clinics
A growing clinic group rarely has the luxury of sending every doctor or nurse on the same week-long London course. Diaries are full. Patient retention depends on continuity. Some practitioners are confident injectors with five years behind them; others are newly qualified and still finding their hands. A one-size programme either bores the senior team or overwhelms the juniors — and almost always leaves the clinic operationally weaker for the week it took to attend.
Bespoke training solves the problem the other way round. Instead of moving twenty practitioners to a course, we move the course — and our faculty — to the clinic, or split the cohort across phases so the practice never closes its diary. The curriculum is engineered around the team’s existing skill matrix, the local product availability, and the commercial outcomes the owners actually care about: cleaner consultations, fewer complications, higher conversion, longer patient lifetime value.
We have built and delivered programmes for clinic chains in the Gulf, single-site flagship practices in East Africa, multi-site groups in continental Europe, and dental-led aesthetic expansions across the UK. In every case the structure is the same: a faculty-led discovery call, a custom curriculum, on-site or Harley Street delivery, and a three-month mentoring tail that consolidates everything learned.

What sits inside a bespoke programme
Six modular layers, combined to the depth your team needs. Nothing is fixed — a Dubai dental group recently asked for full-face harmonisation plus complication management only; a Paris medi-spa took the entire stack across six weeks.
Multi-tier injectables
Foundation to advanced botulinum toxin and dermal filler training, scaled to practitioners of mixed experience inside the same clinic.
Skin & regenerative
PRP, polynucleotides, microneedling, peels and skin assessment frameworks taught as cohesive treatment ecosystems, not isolated products.
Safety, consent & complications
Vascular event drills, hyaluronidase pathways, infection management and medico-legal consent calibrated to your jurisdiction.
Clinic operations layer
Consultation flow, pricing strategy, retention rituals and KPI dashboards so the clinical upgrade translates into measurable revenue.
Local-market customisation
Curriculum adapted to local skin types, cultural aesthetic preferences, product availability and language of delivery on request.
Phased scheduling
Cohorts split across weekends or modular phases so the clinic never closes its diary or loses revenue during training.
The same technique looks different in Dubai, Doha, Paris and Nairobi.
Skin biology, cultural aesthetic preference, climate, product registration and consent expectations all shift across borders. A volumising approach that suits a Parisian forty-year-old is rarely the right starting point for a Gulf bride preparing for a wedding cycle, and neither maps cleanly onto pigmentation-aware protocols in East Africa. We design curriculum that respects those differences rather than ignoring them.
Practical translation matters too. We work around the toxin and filler brands actually registered and available in your country, the cannula and needle stock you can reorder, the imaging tools your team already owns, and the consent and chaperoning rules your regulator enforces. The result is training your practitioners can use on Monday morning, not training that depends on a London supply chain.

Three months of case review, complication support and protocol refinement to consolidate everything learned.
You don’t need to close the clinic
One of the most common reasons clinic owners delay group training is the simple arithmetic of losing every practitioner to a course at once. We hear it constantly: “We’d love to put the whole team through, but we can’t afford ten doctors out of the chair for a week.”
That conversation is always welcome — and almost always solvable. We split cohorts across weekends, into evening theory blocks, or into modular phases delivered fortnight by fortnight. Senior practitioners often act as in-house facilitators between faculty visits, which both accelerates their own progression and protects continuity for patients. The clinic stays open. Revenue does not collapse during the upgrade.
For international engagements we typically arrive for an intensive four-day on-site block, then continue the consolidation phase remotely with structured case review, video critique and live virtual clinics. It is the closest a clinic can get to having Harley Street faculty embedded inside the practice without the cost of permanent relocation.
Frequently asked
Do you travel internationally to train clinic teams on-site?
Yes. Our faculty regularly delivers bespoke clinic training in Dubai, Qatar, Paris, Nairobi and other international destinations. We bring the full Harley Street curriculum to your clinic, calibrated to local regulations, product availability and patient demographics.
How many practitioners can be trained in one cohort?
Cohorts typically run from 4 to 20 practitioners. We routinely accommodate clinic chains needing 10–30 doctors, dentists or nurses trained simultaneously, with parallel theory streams and tiered hands-on rotations.
Can the programme be staggered so the clinic stays operational?
Absolutely. We understand a clinic cannot close its diary to train every practitioner at once. We split cohorts across weekends, weekday blocks or modular phases so revenue and patient care continue uninterrupted.
How is content customised for the local market?
Curriculum is calibrated to local skin types, cultural aesthetic preferences, available toxin and filler brands, regulatory frameworks and the clinic’s existing treatment menu. We also build pricing, consent and consultation templates aligned to local market expectations.
