1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Harley Street Institute website and services. By accessing or using our website, courses, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
"We", "Us", "Our" refers to Harley Street Institute Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 09426500). "You", "Your" refers to the user or purchaser of our services. "Services" includes all training courses, programmes, mentoring services, online content, and any other offerings provided by Harley Street Institute.
3. Eligibility and Professional Requirements
Our training courses are designed exclusively for qualified medical professionals including doctors, dentists, nurses, and medical students. You must hold appropriate professional qualifications and registrations to enrol in our courses. You are required to provide evidence of your professional status upon request. Participation in clinical training requires valid professional indemnity insurance appropriate for aesthetic medicine practice.
4. Course Booking and Payment
All course bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your place. Full payment must be received prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking. Payment can be made via the methods specified on our website. VAT will be added where applicable.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
By You: If you cancel more than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of £150. Cancellations made 14-30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another date subject to availability and an administrative fee.
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient enrolments, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Course Attendance and Certification
You must attend all scheduled sessions to receive certification. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course, including any required assessments. Partial attendance does not qualify for certification. You are responsible for maintaining your own continuing professional development (CPD) records. Certificates cannot be reissued if lost; replacement certificates incur an administrative fee.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, content, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Harley Street Institute Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of our materials without prior written consent. Course materials are provided for personal educational use only. Recording of training sessions (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without express written permission.
8. Confidentiality and Patient Information
Any patient information or clinical cases discussed during training are strictly confidential. You must not disclose or use such information outside the training context. You agree to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with professional standards and data protection legislation. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination from the course without refund and potential professional regulatory action.
9. Professional Conduct
You are expected to maintain professional standards of behaviour throughout all courses and interactions with Harley Street Institute. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a risk to others. In such cases, no refund will be provided. You must comply with all health and safety requirements and follow instructions from trainers.

Our training courses provide education and skill development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or clinical results. You are responsible for ensuring you practice within your scope of competence and in accordance with professional regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Insurance and Indemnity
You must maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance that covers aesthetic medicine procedures. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harley Street Institute, its trainers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your practice following completion of our training.
